The box showed up crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, which made it feel kind of careless. I guess the item still made it here, so I’ll deal with it, but the packaging definitely left a bad first impression.

"I wore these once and my feet..."
I wore these once and my feet were hurting pretty much the whole day. To be fair, everyone’s feet are different, so they might be comfortable for someone else, but for me they just didn’t feel good from the first wear.

"Delivery kept getting pushed back"
I ordered a pair and the delivery date got moved twice, but I never got a clear explanation about what was going on. The tracking just sat there for days with no real update. I reached out to customer service, and when they finally replied, it felt like nobody had actually read my message, they just told me to wait. Frustrating overall, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you need your order by a certain date.

"Didn’t last long at all"
This was a letdown. It started falling apart after just a few wears, which is lame. Definitely not worth it, imo.

I’ll say this first: the product does feel okay and it’s not like it’s unusable or poorly made. That said, for the price, I was expecting a lot more. It just doesn’t feel special enough to justify what I paid, and the quality didn’t really wow me. It’s fine overall, but I’d probably wait for a sale if you’re thinking about buying it.

"Not waterproof at all"
I bought these because I figured they’d be fine in the rain, but after just a short walk my feet were already wet. Disappointing, especially for the price. They do look nice, but waterproof? Not even close. Anyway.

I grabbed these thinking they’d be a solid pair because they looked nice right out of the box, but I’m disappointed. After only a few wears, the sole already started peeling, and the leather feels cheaper than I expected. I’m kind of in a rush and don’t have time to deal with returns, which makes it even more frustrating. Definitely not the quality I expected for the price.

"Trying to return my order was way..."
Trying to return my order was way more annoying than it needed to be. The exchange info on the site wasn’t very clear, so I kept having to go back and figure out what step came next. I thought it would just be a quick swap, but it turned into a bunch of emails and waiting around. The whole thing felt unnecessary, and I probably wouldn’t bother again

"Customer service really frustrated me"
I was annoyed. I emailed them twice about my order, and the replies took forever and didn’t really help at all. It just felt like nobody actually cared, which made me immediately regret ordering from them. I don’t think I’ll be buying here again

"Not worth the money for me"
I was hoping this would be a decent buy for the price, but the material feels cheap in person. After only a short time, it already started looking worn, which was disappointing. I don’t mind paying for something if it holds up, but this just didn’t feel worth it.

I was really hoping this would show up by now, but it still hasn’t arrived. I keep checking the tracking, then forgetting about it, then checking again, and yep, still nothing. The item might be fine, I don’t even know yet, but the shipping has been way too slow.

"I ordered my usual size from Panama..."
I ordered my usual size from Panama Jack, the boots were WAY too small. Not just snug or needing to be broken in, but like my toes were actually being crushed.

I even checked the size guide before buying, so I’m confused about how they ended up fitting this badly. Their sizing just does Not seem accurate at all.

Now I have to go through the whole return process, which is super annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they update or fix their sizing info.

"Not really convinced on the sustainability"
Maybe I’m jumping to conclusions, but the whole thing didn’t feel very transparent to me. I kind of immediately got the impression it was more wasteful than they were letting on, and that made it feel a bit shady.

I think it’s only fair to say the website feels outdated compared to what most people expect nowadays. It’s not the easiest to browse, and the layout comes across a bit messy and old. With a cleaner design, the experience would be much better.
